The aim of this study investigates academic self-efficacy students Koya University, and to find out attitude students Koya University regarding their major. also reveal statistical differences between academic self-efficacy and attitude towards specialty of study according to variables gender, specialty study, stage of study, monthly family income. and reveal relationship between academic self-efficacy and attitude towards the specialty. Researcher used descriptive (relational)(comparative)method.The research population consisted of all students Koya University in the morning in grade(1-2-3-4) of(4316) students,sample(647)students(356)Male(291)female,who were randomly selected from Proportional stratified random sample, Scales of research was developed by researcher for both variables, statistical tools was used (Person, T-Test, One way ANOVA, Test of normality, Mean and SD)The results showed that academic self-efficacy is high, Statistical differences seen at the level of academic self-efficacy according to gender,the difference interest of female.no statistically differences in level of academic self-efficacy according stage of study, monthly family income, specialty study the sciences humanities and natural sciences, students of Koya University have positive attitude for specialization. There are Statistically significant observed in the attitude to specialty according the variable of major and stage of study. There no statistically significant difference between students in attitude to specialty according variable of monthly family income their middle ground between academic self-efficacy and attitude to specialization.
